We LOVED this place and had the most amazing service. Food was delicious, and such a cute vibe. Very photogenic spot. People writing negative reviews just don't appreciate a casual good time. We were thrilled overall with everything!

I came around 1:30 pm to have Just the banana foster for dessert. I was planning to sit at the bar as that is what the hostess said to do the night prior since they were booked. The manager said they weren't serving dessert at the bar, but managed to seat us at a table. Our server was sweet and definitely a foodie. She shared some of her fav restaurants and did a nice job with the banana foster, I enjoyed this signature must have in NOLA!

When planning my trip to NOLA, Brennan's was at the top of my list to try. They've been around for ages, and have so much history and influence of New Orleans cuisine. First of all, the restaurant itself is gorgeous. There are many different spaces both downstairs and upstairs, and the various rooms have totally unique decor. Even the bathroom is amazing :) The staff is also fantastic. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We came here for breakfast and were very pleased with our experience from start to finish. I wanted to try both the Eggs Hussarde and the Eggs Sardou and they were able to give me one of each in my order which was exactly what I wanted. They were totally different and I enjoyed them both. My friend got the Scotch egg and loved it as well. We of course couldn't skip the Bananas Foster which was invented here and is made tableside, flames and all. I 100% recommend you get this if you dine at Brennan's. I can't imagine any circumstance in which I would skip it. Thank you for your hospitality and delicious food!

We stopped in at Brennan's for the second night of our New Orleans trip for The Wife's birthday dinner and of course for the Banana's Foster. We did have a reservation, which was a good thing as despite it being a Monday night, they were still plenty busy. Despite this all throughout the experience the service was great - expedient and efficient. The food was also delicious - I really enjoyed the gumbo and the blackened redfish and of course the banana's foster was great, both the dish and the spectacle of it all. Finally, kudo's to Brennan's for doing something unique on birthday's where they provide this massive cotton candy cake to the table, a fun and unique way to celebrate, that we did not expect. So if you are like us and you haven't been to Brennan's, visiting this institution is definitely worth a stop, and don't forget the Banana's Foster!

We were in town for a concert and decided to go to Brennan's, partly because of the name and what it means to Berkeley natives. It did not disappoint, whatsoever. Beautiful decor, great service, and delicious food.

Well what can u say about brunch at Brennan's? It's just the classic New Orleans thing to do. We were super excited and it didn't disappoint. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was perfect. The GM came by personally to thank us for celebrating an anniversary and bday with them. Our waitress was professional and knowledgeable on the history of the restaurant.. just an overall experience you must do when in the French Quarter. Ps.. don't forget to save room for the bananas foster.. life changing!!

If I had to only give one 5 stars on my weeklong trip to NOLA, it would be for Brennan's. All the servers could catch flies with how sweet they asked about where we came from and whose birthdays we were celebrating. We got all 9 apps and each ordered an entree for our 9 person group. Apps were cleaned long before entrees came and enjoyed tremendously. Entrees and desserts were delightful as well. But what puts Brennan over the top is still their service. Each dish was presented and delivered together, almost like a show to enjoy. Highly recommend for tourists and locals alike!

There's a good reason the Brennan family has been operating restaurants in New Orleans for so long. They know how to provide excellent food and service in a lovely setting. We have dined at Brennan's twice, and both were wonderful. Some of our cajun and creole favorites are the turtle soup, the seafood gumbo, and the blackened red fish. Their bananas foster is legendary. No joke. They are the originators of this delicious dessert. Located in the French Quarter, it's easy to walk to from any hotel in that area. If you are further away, taxis and Ubers/Lifts know the way. Enjoy!
